Curtain-sided trucks are used for transportation of many cargo types. Their distinctive feature - truck bed covered with special type of material that protects cargo from destructive influence of atmospheric agents.
Cargo capacity of this transport type may vary from 1 to 22 tons. As a rule, curtain-sided trucks are in the greatest demand due to their relatively low cost. Another advantage is access to loading/ unloading from all sides of the truck.
But it is worth mentioning that curtain-sided trucks are not suitable for temperature sensitive cargoes transportation.
